“Getting engaged was the highlight of my 2022! Then I realized this meant I needed to plan a wedding. This task seemed so daunting and I knew I needed to find someone to help me through this exciting and inevitably stressful journey. So much detail and thought goes into planning a wedding and Brittani never wavered in her determination to help me curate a day that my husband and I would remember forever.She was timely in her responses and most importantly helped me coordinate with my vendors. She created the day of timeline (most daunting thing in my opinion) and made it feel like a breeze! One moment that comes to mind in particular, is when we were at our venue the day before our wedding setting up the altar. We had this beautiful arbor with flowers but it wasn’t going to give us any shade during our ceremony. I hadn’t had a chance to see it until I was walking down the aisle looking at my husband. She was right… it was PERFECT! That is the type of person Brittani is. The person who will go above and beyond  to bring your vision to life and in some cases, like mine, have the solution even before you get the chance to stress about it. “For the first time in the history of the Rotary Club of Windsor, we hired an event planner to coordinate our annual fundraiser “An Evening in Seville”.  That event planner was Brittani Quinones.  Not only did Brittani have the job of coordinating the event, but she also had the task of learning to work within the Rotary framework.  Our club knew from the start that we had chosen the exact right person!  Brittani had an incredible ability to positively engage members into working committees and lead us through deadlines for all aspects of the event to get the job done.   The many moving parts included a paella dinner, appetizers, wine and beer bar,  live and silent auction, decorating, establishing both in-kind and cash sponsors, securing the location, permits, security etc. Brittani is incredibly organized and well versed on all that is needed to create not only a successful event but a highly successful fundraiser.    As the immediate past president of the Rotary Club of Windsor, I can speak on behalf of the club and highly recommend Brittani to lead your next event.   Brittani is personable and highly professional and an absolute delight to work with.”

Brittani was kind, patient, and incredibly attentive from start to finish. She went above and beyond to make sure we felt happy, comfortable, and completely taken care of, while also making sure the groom felt equally supported.
