Q: What types of events do you plan?
Events by Brittani specializes in events of all sizes—from intimate elopements to full-scale celebrations. We also plan welcome parties, rehearsal dinners, wine club gatherings, brand events, and milestone celebrations. If it’s meaningful to you, Events by Brittani is here to make it memorable.
Q: Where are you based? Do you travel?
Proudly based in Northern California’s wine country (Sonoma County), and yes—we will travel! Whether your celebration is close to home or bit further, we’re happy to bring your vision to life wherever it takes us.
Q: What’s your planning style?
Events produced by Events by Brittani are thoughtful, creative, and joy-centered. We value intentional design, smooth logistics, and a calm planning experience. We collaborate closely with our couples to reflect their story and style through every detail.
Q: How involved will you be?
That depends on the service package you choose! We offer full-service planning, partial planning, and day-of coordination, as well as various custom packages tailored to the type of celebration. No matter the level, Brittani is here to be your go-to guide, advocate, and problem solver.
Q: Do you work with specific vendors?
We have a trusted network of vendors we love to recommend, but we’re also happy to collaborate with new creatives. Our goal is to build the right team for you—one that fits your style, personality, and budget.
Q: What’s the investment for your services?
Each event is unique, so pricing varies based on scope and complexity. Most of our couples spend between $4,000-5,200 for partial-service planning. Once we get to know your needs, we’ll send over a custom proposal.
Q: When should we book a planner?
As soon as you're ready to start planning! Many couples reach out 9–18 months before their wedding date. For more limited services or smaller celebrations, we may be able to jump in closer to the event, such as 2-3 months!
Q: Do you offer design services too?
Yes! Brittani believes your event should feel like you. From mood boards to mockups and everything in between, we help you design a day that’s cohesive, stylish, and full of heart.
Q: I need a little guidance on a project, can you help?
Need a little guidance or a one-time service? I’m here to help! Schedule virtual meetings and brainstorming sessions, and get direct, personalized assistance. These services are billed in 15-minute increments at $100 per hour, allowing you to pay only for the time you need. So if that’s passing off a task or two for me to complete, I only charge for the time it took me to complete it. I offer project-based estimate depending on your needs.
